We take our members reputation seriously.
To mitigate the risk of coordinated & false smear campaigns, we will offer to pay a percentage of any monetary proceeds, that we would be awarded by a US court, to anyone with material information used in aiding a successful defensive lawsuit that we opt to engage in. The pay out will be a percentage of the total awarded amount, after attorney's fees.
As of right now, we're interested in activities related to reputational damage, including for covered unlawful behavior germane to tortuous interference statutes involving contracts and other business we and our members, by extension, are currently pursuing.
